- Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if scope changes.
- Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Access: You grant us reasonable access to the property to perform Services.
4. Payment Terms
- Due Date: Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Methods: We accept credit cards, ACH, and checks.
- Late Fees: Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month (18% APR) on outstanding balances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Preparation: Customers must clear the work area of vehicles, furniture, pets, and children.
- Utilities: Provide access to water and power as required.
- Right of Entry: You confirm you have authority to allow work on the property.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
- Limited Warranty: We guarantee workmanship for 30 days. This does not cover damage due to acts of nature, negligence, or misuse.
- Disclaimer: Except as expressly provided, Services are provided “as is” without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nashville Pressure Washing Pros’ liability for any claim arising from Services or the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nashville Pressure Washing Pros and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site and Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
